Gone but not forgotten.

On July 11, 1998 and August 5, 1998 Memorial Services commemorating
the anniversaries
of the two Lewiston Police Officers
who died in the line of duty were held.

The July 11th Service marked the 10th anniversary of the death of Officer David Payne.
The August 5th Service marked the 40th anniversary of the death of Officer Paul Simard.

Below are scenes from the August 5th Service for Paul Simard.

The Service was held at Officer Paul Simard's Gravesite
at Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetary, Lewiston, Maine.

On the day of this Service it was bright, sunny and comfortable.
