In Lewiston, July 7, 1958, Paul J. Simard, age 32. Remains are at the Fortin Funeral Parlors, 70 Horton St., Lewiston

Funeral Services to be held in St. Peter and Paul Church on Friday morning at 9 o'clock.

Burial to take place in the family lot St. Peter's Cemetary. Vixiting hours 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Patrolman Simard was born April 18, 1926 at Augusta, the son of Henry and Lillian Desjardins Simard. He had resided in Lewiston many years.

Surviving are his widow the former Anita Maheux; two daughters, Claudette (10) and Pauline (5); his parents now of Lewiston; a brother, Roger, Auburn; and a sister Mrs. Lucille Turner, Lewiston.

Officer Simard was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Church, and Musical Literary Club. He was veteran of World War II.
